Purchasing a card confirms membership. Personal artist access (meet & greets, in-person events) is granted through separate, individually approved requests. Refunds follow the published policy.
You receive a unique card ID immediately on confirmation, ready to verify.
An official invoice is emailed for payment via verified channels.
Once payment clears, your card status moves to active and benefits unlock.

No. The card makes you eligible. Meet & greets and other in-person access are granted through separate requests that are reviewed and approved individually. You can request a meet & greet once you are a member.
After you confirm your order, an official invoice is emailed to you for payment through verified channels, in your local currency. Your card becomes active once payment clears.
Depending on the tier, a card is valid for between 90 and 365 days. The validity period for each tier is printed on the card and listed in the comparison above.
Every card carries a unique ID. Anyone can enter it on the public verification page to confirm the card and its status.
Signed-in members can track each card from invoice to activation in My cards. If something looks wrong, report a concern and the team will follow up.
